Since opening its doors back in November, Nike Soho has been home to a number of exclusive drops and restocks, but this is perhaps the New York spot’s best yet: a cork-constructed Air Max 1. Limited to just 100 individually numbered pairs, the special edition version of the Tinker Hatfield-designed classic pairs a full cork upper with premium leather lining and a stark white sole unit. The cork construction even extends to the lace jewels that grace each shoe.
Sadly, the uber-limited NYC release is long gone. You can, however, pick up a pair from Stadium Goods, but it’ll cost you: prices currently start at $700 USD for a size 7 and go as high as $1,100 USD.
